For this photo, I placed the subject in the center of a
room. With my camera in manual mode, I set the ISO to 100, the shutter speed to
200 and took a series of test pictures at different apertures until the LCD monitor
was totally black, in this case f/8. I then set three speedlites close around
the subject and adjuster their power to f/8.
